Determination of free therapeutic etanercept
The innovative IDKmonitor Etanercept Drug Level ELISA is a microplate-based assay that allows quantitative determination of free etanercept from plasma or serum samples. Etanercept is a human therapeutic monoclonal antibody (mAb) used to monitor treatment for chronic rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. This test is intended to quantify the amount of free etanercept to evaluate its efficacy, as well as to investigate primary non-response, loss of response and non-remission, giving the treating clinician an opportunity to monitor and optimise therapy.
