The IDKmonitor Golimumab Drug Level ELISA kit is a microplate-based quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the determination of free golimumab in plasma or serum samples. Not all patients respond equally to golimumab, and this test helps to stratify patients according to whether they are likely to benefit from treatment or not, allowing clinicians to evaluate the drug efficacy and investigate primary non-response and loss of response.
