Samples for Peptest analysis are collected into universal tubes containing 0.5 ml of 0.01M citric acid. Patients can be given prefilled tubes for collection of 1 ml of their saliva soon after experiencing reflux symptoms. Samples are then sent to the laboratory for analysis.
